Usually always order our chippy tea from here but this time i was really disappointed. I arrived on time to collect, the food was ready however i don’t know how long it had been sat there as it was cold, chips were soft and soggy and asked for 2 x battered sausage but only one was. Just very disappointed

Really rude woman serving and food hadn’t even started to be prepared 5 minutes after the stated collection time. Food lukewarm and bit soggy - won’t be back.

2nd time of using and absolutely delicious. I found this easy to order and pay online, then just went down to tge shop to collect. Order was ready at the stated time. Back at house the food wad hot & tasty. Really enjoyed our Friday night's tea. Thank you Paolo's

Arrived at pick up time and they hadn't even looked at the order ,had to wait for it to be prepared along with a shop full of other customers, was given wrong type of curry(chipshop instead of Chinese) be just as quick to turn up and order??

Very pleased all was very good only criticism far to many chips portions were enormous, next time we will share a portion. Cheese patty was very good as was the steak pie, we will order again

Ready for collection in 10 minutes. Just moved to the area so it was the first time we’ve had food from Paolo’s and it’s as good as people say. Will have more in the future

Awful! Just got home, food was ripping through the bag with all the grease from the fish! My kids meal was covered in the grease and ruined. Curry was cold, clumpy and tasted just of aniseed. Really disappointing from a place that's normally really good.
